日本国内で数少ないモスコット直営店。 ここ青山店はお店の外観、内装、スタッフの対応、アフターサービス、メンテナンス含めてとても素晴らしいです。 個人的に、恵比寿の超優良眼鏡屋さん「continuer(コンティニュエ)」と並んで都内トップクラスに良いお店だと感じますね。 これまで999.9(フォーナインズ)、金子眼鏡店、オリバーゴールドスミス、オリバーピープルズなど、色々なブランドのメガネを使用してきたのですが、それぞれ眼鏡自体に不満が出てきたり、アフターサービスが疎かだったりした経験の末に、モスコットに辿り着いたのは必然だったのかもしれません。 ベーシックかつクラシックだけどどこか主張のあるデザインの眼鏡は何の不満もなく(これが大事)普段使いできる事、ノーズパッドの交換や、眼鏡のツルの部分、ビスの緩みのメンテナンスも全て無料でやっていただける事が本当にありがたく、これからも長い事お世話になりそうです。

Terrible customer service. First, I was asked to wait outside of the shop in the cold winter for 20mins even the shop was so spacious. Second, when I finally got in I was treated like invisible in the shop even there are 5 shop staff and only 3-4 groups of customers! I showed one of their products on website and asked if they have it in the shop; the shop people just said no in a cold voice and not even bothered to recommend me the available one in the shop! I am glad that I finally chose to leave and didn’t spend a penny in this shop; no matter how good the quality it is it’s just not worthy helping to pay for rude people. It’s a huge disappointment and what a waste of time as I came from quite a distance… Please review your service and before you become the crème on the top don’t...

A few people on here (Garlic T) getting upset about waiting outside on line. It’s a tiny store, but the service is very good. It’s an expensive product but for something of great quality where we all have expectations. The store could be bigger, yes and the waiting would then not be an issue, but it’s Tokyo where many stores are the size of an izakaya - get used to it. I’ve purchased 3 sets is frames and always the product and service...
