The food is good, price is very reasonable especially in Aoyama/Omotesando area. Each portions are big! We always order a lot of dishes and share each plate with 2-3 persons
Their lobster is really good, their salads, pizza, pretty much everything! It’s hard to find a cheap but good quality restaurants like this.
There’s live music everyday, and the atmosphere is very alive!
I don’t enjoy the live music very much because the singers are just okay. The music is really loud, sometimes it’s hard to have a conversation with your friends. But if you like loud, reasonable price and lively place with good food you might like this place :)
This place is usually always crowded so it’s better to call and reserve! Oh FYI There’s a ¥600 table charge! (I guess that’s for the appetizer that they serve when you come)
Read moreExcellent service from all the staff, even better than the usually legendary Japanese service. This place elevates itself by how well they treat all their customers.
The ambience is incredible, classy casual With a wide open kitchen, so you can see everything being prepared. Surprisingly, none of the cooking staff wore hairnets or hats...obviously a difference between US and Japan health codes.
The food...Bless the Lord, the food is the best classy cuisine I've had here. A fresh seafood appetizer, a meaty steak, and a perfectly cooked lobster were all we could have, though I was dying to try the beef tartare with uni & caviar!
Our steak came with a great sauce and a cushion of foie gras...for an extra ¥500 we got truffles shaved onto everything!
Sparkling wine was bubbly & strong, & the meal was topped off by a fresh cake with Mont Blanc drizzled in...
Read moreLast day in Japan and squeezed in one last catch-up with a buddy before heading to the airport and thus this was his choice. This Ore-no series started expanding into different cuisines ever since I left Japan and it is worth mentioning that they offer casual and reasonably priced food. We obviously couldn't make any booking since it was a la minute, we waited over an hour to get in so do make a booking in advance! We were lucky to have been seated at the bar counter seating since unbeknownst to us a live piano performance took place right in front of us in the middle of our meal! We shared carpaccio as a starter and I had venison (seasonal item) while my friend had the duck confit. Plus couple glasses of wine. Portion was generous and my venison was amazing! Bill was under 10,000 yen for the two of us which would be unheard of in the states....
