The staff member on the third floor who worked the night shift (around 11:30 pm) on May 8, 2024, was very rude. She raised her voice when we asked her about bowling shoes and aggressively slammed the table with a shoe size guide. After some difficulty, she reluctantly showed us where we could get the shoes. After we finished playing, we asked her if we could pay using Apple Pay, credit card, or any wireless payment method, and she responded that they didn't accept any. Decent time if you are not too picky. Prices are ok, not sure what qualifies as good/affordable price as this was my 2nd time going bowling. Drinks were averaging ¥600 a piece and 2 of us did 4 games and had a drink each; and it all totaled ¥6600. Staff is helpful but their English is a problem which is ok if you don’t have many very specific demands, otherwise you’re in for some awkwardness. Didn’t have any food so can’t comment on that.
