Visit Shibuya Hikarie ShinQs by accident and am delightful surprised to find out their duty free refund does not involve service charge! Most of other department stores involve a 1.55% service charge and there is nothing we can do to avoid it as tourists. While the store purchases do not offer any discounts, happy that I can get 100% of the tax paid...

Didnt get the tucket for Shibuya sky so headed to Hikarie instead n go to their sky lobby. it was not crowded at all but still give a good view over Shibuya n the scramble crossing n of course the five screens featuring the Akita that appeared at 2pm...MISSION...
