Salon de Vi2 — Local services in Tokyo

This afternoon I went to this salon for both nails and eyelashes extensions. What I have found their services are awful. Firstly, they’re both services are only doing the basics, they don’t even clean for you properly, no dead skin cleaning, not buffing the rough skin area, no foot spa after finishing the job. I even have to request to put the oil and creams after finish the nails. The staff is nice, so I didn’t made a big complaint to them. But they know I am not satisfied. Secondly, and the worst, the girl did my eyelashes extensions isn’t even finished the job properly, my eyelashes only did half, still have big area missing the lashes, when I complain she just keep asking me if I can come for the next time to fixing it up, or waiting outside for few hours then back in the store to complete the job. How ridiculous! My lashes haven’t been done there asked me to wait until they done the job for another client. I told the girl I am from Australia and I am living far away from the store, how can I wait like that? But only she did is just say sorry. In the end I paid 26750 yen which is double the price from Australia, Dubai, Thailand & China & all other European countries. I am so shocked for their very poor services. I traveled the world, never been experienced like this. So, anyone if in Tokyo please looking for anywhere else’s salon to meet your standards. This is not a right salon for travellers. A clean and modern salon! I booked thru their instagram and came the day of my appointment. It didn’t show up on their calendar but they looked at my confirmation email and brought me in. The staff’s English is minimal, I was able to get by with Google translate and limited Japanese.

My nail tech, Riri was so kind and so thorough. I had a broken nail that she patched up like magic! I showed her my design and she took time to shape my nails and find the right colors. Her attention to detail and precision is commendable. I love how they came out 🤍

My nail artist was Momo and she was so sweet. We made a same day reservation on their site and she was so flexible to accommodate two people. This was my first time ever getting nail art and I am more than pleased with how it turned out. Be mindful that if you are a boy, you should be accompanied by a girl friend in order to respect the comfortability of the all female staff! Will definitely be coming back when I come...
