I was hesitant to leave a review as I appreciate Eiko worked hard and tried his best but it was the most expensive hair dresser ive ever been to and the experience wasn’t good . Me and my friend wanted to get our hair dyed the same hair colour, he said he could do both of our hair and told us to arrive at 8. We arrived at 8am for our appointment and Eiko was late so we didnt get into the salon until 8:30 and he didnt start working on my hair until 9:00 he didnt start working on my friends hair until 1pm. She therefore spent 5 hours waiting around doing nothing when he could have asked her to come later, he didnt tell her how long it was going to take either which would have been helpful so she could have done something for 5 hours as shes on holiday in tokyo and only here for a few days. Likewise i was only in tokyo for a few days. I didnt leave the salon till 5:20pm so i was there for 9.5 hours when he said it would take 5 hours. I also left before my blow dry had finished as i was late for my boat i was taking that evening. He said we would be done by 5pm but he missed this deadline. My friend was really unhappy with her hair colour instead of the red she had asked for it ended up being a dark purple. He acknowledged he got the colour wrong but he didnt apologise. As for my hair he got the colour right but it shouldnt have taken 9.5 hours. I would suggest he needs to work on his preparation before an appointment and not bite of more than he can chew (one client a day instead of two). I appreciate my hair is thick so took longer than he expected and his train was delayed and thats why he was late but having had my hair dyed at salons multiple times (when ive had longer hair) never has it ever taken more than 3 hours so i was quite...
