店舗用googleアカウントでは絶賛レビューをしているお店なんですが、今日はちょっとびっくりする位かなしい対応だったので書きたいと思います。 常時は急遽入用になったものを購入する場所として重宝していて、かつ知識も豊富なお店なので、こんなのもあるんだな、と勉強になる程だったんですが、 （私は女性で、いつも来るときは作業着のようなものを着てますが、今日はフォーマル着で）塗料の少量を買おうと白髪の男性に聞いたら、うちにそういうものはない近いものと言われてもわからない、と質問も受け付けない気難しそうな雰囲気で、最後なぜか何かイライラさせてしまい、聞いて悪かったかな、とこちらが謝る始末で。 メーカー違うんじゃないですか？とまで言われいや、メーカーは調べ直して合ってたし、その商品でなくて良く、事足りれば問題ないとずっと伝えているのだが。しかしそれ以上話す雰囲気ではなかった。 目的にあうものであれば何でもよく、普段どちらかと言うとお勧めしてもらった商品を買うのだが。数度聞き直してもうちには無いです。と余りにイライラしているので聞くのを辞めた。
