If you are American or Chinese American, you will be look down upon. I do not recommend anyone who is an American or Asian American to visit this establishment. In a country where respect along with good manners is a thing. I am very disappointed at this dirty restaurant. First the quality, finding bugs in the water and they didn’t want to change it out telling me it will cost extra for water. And second I walk in with my family greeted by a straight, salty face of the cashier. If you visit this place, the cashier has a tattoo behind her ear. Seems like she didn’t even know how to speak Japanese only Korean. Anyways, I asked her for a table of three she asked us to sit down while still being preoccupied by whatever she’s typing away at her little iPad. We go to sit down we order three all you can eat for 90 minutes. My partner and I ordered a Coca-Cola and my third guest was forced to order an item. I was so confused when the waiter came and said you ordered two drinks in the third person must order a drink too. I’m not sure if this is the culture, but I’ve never been to a restaurant where we are forced to order a drink just because the other people ordered a drink. As we checked out, this is the kicker, they charged us an additional fee for leaving some burnt crumbs on our plate that we didn’t eat. I’ve been too many Korean barbecue restaurants in Los Angeles and all over the world though they have this rule it’s never been enforced however, after dining here, they finally enforce it over a couple crumbs, which is very greedy of them. 平素よりお世話になっております。 本日、昼食のため貴店を訪れましたが、非常に不愉快かつ屈辱的な対応を受けたため、正式に苦情を申し上げます。
これまでにも何度か来店しており、サービスが特別良いとは言えないものの、受け入れ可能な範囲でした。 しかし本日は、小章魚(たこ)を注文した際、鍋が焦げてしまったにもかかわらず、焦げた匂いが立ち込めてもスタッフが一向に対応に来ず、やむを得ずこちらから声をかけました。 対応に来た韓国人女性スタッフは、非常に冷淡な態度で、目を大きくひっくり返して無言で対応し、掃除も非常に雑でした。 その後の食事中も、私たちを睨みつけるような態度を取り続け、一切焼肉のサポートも、空いた皿の片付けもありませんでした。
最初は記憶違いかと思いましたが、以前来た際にはスタッフが焼肉の手伝いや網の清掃を積極的に行ってくれていたため、今回の扱いとの明確な違いにショックを受けました。 また、隣のテーブルには丁寧に焼肉をサポートし、「失礼しました」「申し訳ありません」といった声かけも行っているのを目の当たりにしました。
料理を運んでいただいた際にも、私たちはきちんと「ありがとうございます」「お願いします」と挨拶していたにもかかわらず、スタッフは終始冷たい表情で、白目をむきながら睨んできました。 このような態度は極めて不快であり、二度と貴店を利用するつもりはありません。これまで多くの友人にも紹介してきましたが、現在は深く後悔しています。
この件について、貴店として真摯な対応と、スタッフへの厳重な指導、再発防止策の徹底を強く求めます。

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant and humiliating experience I had at your restaurant during lunch today.
I have visited your restaurant several times before. Although the service was never outstanding, it was within an acceptable range. However, today’s experience was unacceptable. I ordered a small octopus dish, and the pot became slightly burnt. In the past, staff would promptly come over to clean the pot, but today, despite the strong smell of burning, no one came. My friend and I had to call for a staff member for the first time. The Korean female server who responded had an extremely cold attitude, dramatically rolled her eyes, said nothing, and cleaned the pot in a very unhygienic manner.
Throughout the remainder of the meal, she continued to glare at us, provided no assistance with grilling the meat, and did not even clear away empty dishes. Initially, I thought I might be mistaken, but I recalled that every previous visit involved staff helping with grilling and cleaning the grill plate. Furthermore, I witnessed her providing polite service to the adjacent table, including assisting with grilling and saying phrases such as “excuse me” and “sorry,” confirming the discriminatory treatment we received.
Despite our efforts to remain polite and thanking them each time food was brought to the table, the staff member maintained a cold and hostile demeanor throughout, even rolling her eyes at us. I will never recommend your restaurant again. I had introduced many friends before, but I now deeply regret doing so.
