I want to write this review for the exceptional staff, particularly for Beniya-san, who helped out a novice like me pick out the most cost effective build while putting into consideration my requests (micro-ATX, all black, below XX budget). The case size (which is very small compared to other micro-ATX) was the most important factor. I came to this shop with 2 different builds I requested from friends and family, but Beniya-san explained clearly why these parts, while not bad, are not exactly ideal for the case (size issues relative to the case or the other parts, cost performance, heat regulation). Even if those parts were highly rated online, the ratings often don't take into consideration the size and the case. I think speaking with the staff here has its merits since they definitely know what they are doing. Though the suggestions from my friends seemed not ideal, Beniya-san explained it in a professional yet direct way, without putting down other people. I think that is very important in customer service especially when it comes to something as expensive as PC parts (so, thank you Beniya-san, I really appreciated the honesty).

I went to a different shop to request for a build, but I ended up coming back here. And the PC that came was well-packaged and way ahead of time - best investment I've made in years. I have recommended this shop to my friends back in my home country and will continue to recommend it to anyone who wishes to build a PC. Best customer...

Today I visited Tsukumo in Akihabara and had the pleasure of being assisted by Tatsutoshi Beniya. Honestly, it was an outstanding experience. In all my years of buying computer hardware, I’ve never met someone with this level of expertise, honesty, and genuine care.

My request was quite specific—fitting a powerful graphics card into a small-form-factor PC. Mr. Beniya immediately understood my goals and took considerable time to explain every potential issue and possible solutions. He openly shared that some components were not currently available and even suggested ways to source those parts externally to complete my build.

I came here looking for parts to build a new PC after having not built a PC in about 10 years. I want to give a huge shout out to Beniya-san, who took my initial build list, pointed out very specific things about the build that an amateur like myself wouldn't have known (such as space issues arising from my specific case + motherboard combo), and helpfully suggested build modifications. In addition he's just a pleasant and fun guy to chat with, and for those whom it matters he speaks perfect English. I never got the sense that I was being pressured into buying more expensive parts (some of the build recommendations involved buying less parts) or to make a decision immediately.
