Two second-hand shops, one sells musical instruments, power tools, and similar bits and pieces, and the other one sells clothes and furniture and things like that. There is a "junk" section in the musical instrument part which is sort of fun, but if you buy things here they might be broken.
A word to the wise: generally you want to check the prices before buying since they seem to attach prices rather carelessly. I have seen a bamboo broom which is on sale for 100 yen in Seria on sale for 1,000 yen here, and a Twinbird brand microwave oven we bought for about 8,000 yen as new from Amazon was on sale for 10,000 yen as a second hand item here.
