This is where the locals shop for almost anything, food stuff, beer, household essentials, electrical items etc. Why? Because the prices are cheaper than other shops.

This particular store, even with 5 floors, the layout is congested because every narrow aisle is packed with all kinds of goods.

We have been in Japan for almost 3 weeks, we met the only real unfriendly Japanese here in this shop. The old man with glasses behind the tax free counter at 00:30 oclock 18 sept. We had pretty nice shop experience, spent about 50000 yen, bought lot of souvenirs and snacks. But this guy ruined the whole experience by being mad, unfriendly and inpatient toward us for unknown reasons. Even his younger colleague complains about it. Hopely this guy can change his behaviors and represent Donki and Japan on a positive way. We really regret the tax free...
