There's escalators going up but I think you take the stairs down. For the most part if you need any electronics it's definitely there it's either bic camera or yodabashi camera would be the two choices for buying electronics. Terrible attitude toward foreigners! When I was standing there considering which one to buy, the elder Japanese clerk treated me like a thief and kept watching me. While I checked out at the counter, he arrogantly questioned me why I only buy one item. When there was some problem with my credit card and I asked him to undo the transaction, he just turned around and leave without saying a word to me. MY GOD! That is completely over the top. Absolutely terrible, even for a Japanese person. Made me sign up for a long-term warranty and brought in my earphones for repair eligible for the warranty. Held on to my earphones for a month and asked for a 12000 yen for a repair saying that the case for my wireless earphones is and was never part of the warranty.

An ABSOLUTE SCAM. A brand new case costs 15000 yen with next day delivery and they are asking for 12000 yen plus delivery fee and the 3000 yen warranty for a repair that takes a total of 6 weeks. What a joke....
