My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with its convenience and thoughtful amenities. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great restaurants.

One of the standout features was the free shuttle service between the station and the hotel, which made our arrival and departure so much easier, especially with our large luggage.

The hotel is also perfect for those visiting for winter sports, as they offer dedicated rooms to store and dry ski and snowboard equipment. After a day on the slopes, this service was incredibly useful.

I really appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, who made communication seamless and responded quickly to any messages. Their warmth and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. It truly felt like they treated us like friends or family, offering that special, personal touch.

I keep locating hidden jewels and this is one of them. Location: you can't get any closer to the Ropeway to Yuzawa Kogen - it's literally 75 meters from door to Ropeway entrance. You're at the end of the busy street so it's very quiet at night and only .... 100 meters to the beginning of restaurant row which goes on towards and past the train station. Room: Very nice and very clean. I think the bathrooms are completely renovated - very clean. I could see the ropeway and mountain from my room so you could not ask for a better view. You can also determine when you want to hit the slopes depending on conditions, etc. No Bus. No driving, just walk across the street. Onsen: there is an onsen to warm the frozen bones - very nice. The rest of the accomodations, I would say are top class, whatever you wanted, the staff and KEN provided! You could not find a better host. The guests are mainly Family, Friends, very chill crowd.
