Usually good food and good service.

But today I felt how the management cares about customer happyness.

I ordered Aperol spritz by showing the picture on my phone for 1.100 Tenge, they charged 3.700 Tenge. I thought it is just a mistake and they will correct it, but they tried to explain me something about different prices with or without alcohol which I didn't understand because I ordered exactly that one on the photo with the price next to it.

We complained at the waitress and maybe it was her fault (but absolutely no problem, it can happen), but anyways we was right and of course wanted to have the price like ordered, then she called a lady/management? But she told that the higher boss decided that we have to pay this price even if it is not our fault. At the end I payed the price in favor for the waitress.

= At the end I was charged too much for the fault of the company and felt that the management not care.

I was here around 40 times on average within 40 days of my stay in Almaty (sometimes 2 times a day), but from today I decided just to go to double coffee...

This is very, very popular upscale cafe/bar. I have been there more than five years ago, somewhat between 2018-2019, and made a lot of business meetings and business lunches there. The place is very odd and fancy. A lot of rich kids like teenagers and students, and a lot of business folks one the other side of aisle. This mixture looks odd. However, it has a nice background music and reasonable prices. There is a KPMG office across the street. So, lunch time is very, very busy, and I found it hard to find a spot without a reservation. It’s took 35 minutes to get a coffee and 55 mins to get my sandwich after which the wrong sandwich was initially brought. Then the bill was wrong as they decided to add an extra sandwich. The standard of coffee is also well below par as they burnt the coffee grinds of my black americano. They then argued when I refused to pay service charge as the service was terrible.
