I recently had the displeasure of staying at Grand Mildom Hotel and my experience was really Horrible. From the moment I stepped foot into the establishment, it became abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Language is a barrier but staff rudeness surpassed all expectations. From the front desk to the restaurant, it felt as though I was inconveniencing them by merely being there. But the appalling treatment didn't end there. Upon checking out, I was slapped with exorbitant fines for dirty linens/ towels to the room. These charges were completely unjustified. They never washed or changes the towels& Linens from day 1 till the day of checkout. When I questioned the staff about the fines, they were not only unapologetic but outright deceitful, claiming that the charges were standard procedure. Every Room has an A/c issue, even the weather is cold outside, rooms are hot. One cannot control the temperature inside the room as per self preference. The hotel staff displayed a complete lack of competence when it came to handling luggage. My bags were mishandled, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. It was as though they had never been trained in basic customer service protocols.

My recent stay at Grand Mildom hotel Almaty much to be desired, as several aspects of the hotel's services fell short of expectations.
One of the most concerning issues was the hotel's tendency to demand undue advances. This practice felt unfair and put unnecessary strain on guests, detracting from the overall experience.
Furthermore, the demeanor of the staff was consistently rude and unwelcoming, which greatly diminished the hospitality expected from a hotel of this caliber.
Another major disappointment was the inconsistency in the breakfast service. Despite the advertised breakfast hours of 7 am to 10 am, guests were abruptly cut off from accessing breakfast after 9 am, leaving many hungry and frustrated.
To make matters worse, during the checkout process, the hotel staff scrutinized pillows and towels for minor stains, imposing exorbitant fines for even the smallest imperfections. This felt like a disproportionate response and left a sour taste after an already unpleasant stay.
