Terrible customer service and very unprofessional behavior

I came to this restaurant today to pick up a Bolt Food order that my girlfriend had placed from her own account. When I arrived, I politely told the girl at the counter that I was there to collect an order under my girlfriend’s name. She confirmed the order, brought the food, and handed it to me without any issues.

Suddenly, the owner came out from behind the bar in a very aggressive and hostile manner, accusing me of trying to steal the food. I calmly explained that the order was placed by my girlfriend and that I had already given her name to the cashier when picking it up. Despite this, the owner continued to accuse me and even came very close to my face, making the situation feel threatening and extremely uncomfortable.

I have never before experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from a restaurant owner. Instead of providing good service and clarifying the situation, he chose to confront and intimidate a paying customer.

We will never return to this place and strongly advise others to avoid it if they want to be treated with respect and receive proper...

Bar which fallen from the former throne.

Food portions took drastical cut. In the past nacho bowl would be a good meal for two people (or even more). Now it's basically a small plate which barely servers as a snack for one person. The biggest joke - there were 7 of us at the table and they brought 7 forks and knives with that bowl which basically translates to one chip per fork. Burger size was comical too - it probably weighted a half compared to great burger places in Kaunas like Peledine or Hop-Doc. Mind - prices stayed the same.

Food quality was good though, everything was tasty.

Beer selection was okay, prices were a bit on the higher end.

Overall - from the past kingdom of dirty food this place became a "just-another-bar" on the block....
