We had a lovely stay here. The apartments are so ideally located, very central to everything. We would happily recommend these apartments to anyone. ||We found the self check in/out very convenient. It meant we didn’t see a single staff member during our stay, which suited us fine. |The building common areas were lovely, although we didn’t use them. Nice seating area with books, games, etc & kitchen area looked to be well equipped. Hair dryers, irons, etc readily available. ||Our room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Good storage. TV had lots of English channels. ||Kaunas in general is a great city. €16 taxi from airport. Entry to museums excellent value, all under €5 per adult. War museum, castle, devil’s museum, aviation museum, cathedral, KGB sky museum - to name but a few - all well worth visiting. The Akropolis shopping centre is great too. We went to the Forum cinema in there one night. Most movies are shown in English. ||Kaunas is a beautiful city to walk around, especially down by the river. We loved people watching whilst sitting outside the cafes & restaurants, especially around the old town, or on the Laisvės Alėja wide pedestrian road, which has the most vibrant buzz both day and night. This city is an absolute foodie heaven! We were so impressed with every single meal we had. The streets are lined with the most amazing array of choices. And the prices were so cheap! Typical lunch bill for 2 adults was always under €20. Dinner with drinks around €40. Very, very hard to...
Read moreWe returned here after a pleasant stay a few years ago, but sadly, the quality has dropped significantly. The issues began before arrival: we were bombarded with emails asking for ID uploads, pre-payment of city tax, and promises of entry codes by 9 PM the night before — which never came. On our way to Kaunas, we messaged via Booking.com with no response. Upon arrival, we had no gate code or way to enter. After several calls, someone finally answered and let us in.
Now for the positives: great location, convenient parking (once you're in), and a small kitchenette for warming breakfast.
But the negatives far outweigh them: walls and doors are paper-thin, and noise is constant. Our neighbor in room 4 went out to smoke every 15 minutes until 2 AM, slamming doors and talking on speakerphone. The mattress was saggy, the pillow was falling apart, and the bathroom had a strong sewer smell. Worst of all, a cleaning lady was sorting bottles outside our window at 7:30 AM — on a Sunday.
If you value sleep and comfort, skip this place. We...

Mixed review. Positives: The location is perfect, right in the center of Kaunas. The room is well equipped, clean, and quite affordable for having a private bathroom. Common areas are also very well maintained. But the big downside: there is absolutely no soundproofing! You can hear everything — TV, conversations, kids running — from the neighboring rooms, as well as all the noise from the street (bars, shouting, engines). There's also a glass recycling area downstairs and a very loud ventilation system, which makes things worse.
We called the owner because people were partying in the next room after 10 PM, but she responded rather coldly and said there was nothing she could do. It's a shame, because with just a few improvements, this place could be really great — but as it is now, it’s far...
