Terrible dining experience here... ikan bakar sooo dry and no sauce at all tastes so bad 😔. Should rename as "sambal fried fish" instead of "ikan bakar"😒, without sambal would have tasted worst 🤮. Grilled garlic brinjal costs RM18 (tastes ordinary, nothing special). Smallest stingray fish costs RM42 so expensive for a food court price level. 2 persons only gave one sambal :( There's one old aunty (hiding behind the aunty holding the notepad) came collect payment & acts very kiamsiap (stingy) & unfriendly as I requested for 2 more sambals & Ive repeated twice, but she just pretended to listen & ignored me 🤬 Later on, she refunded balance & gave one more sambal only. While eating, sambal not enough as the fish was way too dry & i myself went to the stall to request for more sambal from the other aunty. I unintentionally heard the old aunty told this aunty saying she already gave me 4 sambal plates?! (斤斤計較又難搞的老太婆) I just went off and did not respond to her. I felt so disappointed of her stingy & fussy attitude & terrible service ☹️ Not recommended at all!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Other places ikan bakar tastes so much nicer & delicious compared to this...

WS attracted to the barbeque stingray so we order a small portion since we saw quite a number of the diners are having it. So we thought it would be a safe option.
Never did we expect that this safe option turns out to be the opposite. When we saw the dished served, the way it was cooked turns us off at first sight.
The vegetable cooked with an unknown sauce and had a very heavy Indian curry powder taste to it which was a huge turn off. Den we took a look at the barbeque stingray and no where it looks like it was cooked and prepared like bbq style.
It also has a very heavy Indian curry powder taste to it. And zero sambal chilli to it. And the stingray taste frozen not fresh at all. We only took a few bite and left everything on the table to be thrown away. Not recommended at all.

Read moreGone are the days when Ikan Bakar was hawker food and inexpensive. Now they charge fine dining prices! RM36 for the smallest piece of stingray I could find. Expected it to be no more than RM20. It wasn’t that meaty to start with. Cannot even imagine the price of the sotong and siakap. I didn’t like the paste they slap onto the stingray - the curry powder taste was just too strong and overpowering. The only redeeming factors were its freshness, it was not overcooked and the tangy belacan dipping sauce.
I’ll need to save up some money before I...
