I eat Shu Daxia in Johor Bahru. I mistakenly think this Shu Daxia is the same as the one in Johor Bahru. But is turns out I am totally wrong. The food is not fresh at all. The pork kidney, pork liver, beef slices are black, not red. After dipping and boiling in the broth as instructed, I feel like I am chewing rubber band. There are only less than 3 tables when I eat there, not popularly visited like the one in Johor Barhu. I ask if they have the same quality control across the restaurants.
