If you want to see an example of a clean and tidy kids playground, this place would be it.

1.children have to wash their hands before entering the play area at the sinks that are provided in house.

The staff are very very very proactive, they watch out for the children wellbeing as much as possible, even helping to guide them when riding the electric toys.

The staff always tries to keep the place clean and tidy, like every 5 minutes.

The only downside is the play area space, which i think is around 1500sqf(smaller than most Kidzoona playgrounds but bigger than Kidzoona queensbay). It can get crowded during weekends. The best go to time would be during weekdays between 10am until 6pm. Usually after 6pm it would be slightly crowded during weekdays.

Pricing is considered premium, at RM55 per kid for about 2 hours(or more if not crowded), but i think worth every penny due to the service provided by the staff. Payment is either by cash or duitnow QR only. No cards accepted.

Really hope the owner takes care of the staff and awards them accordingly with better salary progression and other benefits.

Personal thoughts: Asiboba, a playground in Farlim which has a bigger play area(and free ice cream), does not have the dedicated staff and most of its toys are either damaged or have ran out of batteries, whereas in Kidsville, about a quarter of its toys ran out of batteries but mostly in good condition(not broken or...

A really nice space for kids to explore and unleash their happiest imagination. Not to mention the space is clean and they have people around to help clean up the space so it's always in a clean state. They also have refreshments and drinks for you to order if your little ones ever get thirsty or hungry. Brought my nieces and nephew to Kidsville Penang and it was totally worth it! 🎉 The place is clean, well-maintained, and packed with lots of fun play areas.

They also have food and drinks available, which is super convenient for parents/guardians while watching the kids play. 👍

If you go on a weekday evening, the tickets are a bit cheaper — definitely good value for money. The kids really enjoyed themselves and can’t wait to come again! 👏
