I was urgently looking for a florist who could deliver a condolence flower stand to Kota Bharu, Kelantan as I am from KL. I started my search around 3:40 pm, sending messages to many florists online. Some advertised that they deliver to Kota Bharu, but when I asked, they said no. So many didn’t even reply, despite calling numerous times, leaving messages on the website or WA.

Finally, after hours of trying, THIS SHOP responded after 5 pm. I was so grateful for their prompt and friendly service! They quickly sent me photos of available stands within my budget, patiently answered all my questions, and were very accommodating. What really impressed me was that they managed to deliver the flower stand on the same night, as promised! They even sent me a photo of the stand after delivery, just as I requested.
