Green Mango Kota Bharu — Hotel in Kelantan

The location is good because it is central near Chinatown and many local foodie favourites.

Please have realistic expectations regarding room because this is a budget hotel. Sound proofing is bad so it gets really noisy if hotel guests are loud. A bit run down too (bedsheets and polite casings look old and brownish) and bathroom not properly cleaned. Housekeeping needs to buck up

However, if you can put up with the noise, it has its own gated private parking (was able to park near room window so I could see it from my room 🙂). Minor details surprisingly complete like plenty of power points for charging devices, decent kettle (stainless steel body, not plastic),. good working condition TV with accessible usb, hdmi ports, free and fast WiFi. The room I used was no, 109 which was almost the last room in the corridors so it was near WiFi router. Noise was minimal cos almost at the end of the hotel building.

Really need to change.. hotel staff open our room at 8.30am 20/03/2022 and we are still on the bed..the worst hotel management at this Green Mango @ Sri Cemerlang Hotel, KB..lock not function, worm keep appear when we use washroom, notification door hanger not provided..we dont blame the staff, we blame the manager or owner..getting money but not doing work meh..beside hotel also have this restaurant with same owner. ID that OYO need to check up and do work physically. tq...

The room that was booked is not the same as the one shown in the pictures. There are many differences. Therefore, customers should not be charged the Municipal Council fee, as we are Malaysian citizens. Furthermore, the parking area is privately owned by the hotel and not designated by the Municipal Council.
