We went here twice; one of the better restaurants of our two and a half weeks in the country, as of this writing. Highlights were the Singapore and Goreng stir fried noodles (my Chinese girlfriend liked them very much, better than any of the noodles she had in Penang or Melaka) and the coconut heart salad, which all came with squid and shrimp mixed in. The mango chicken turned out to be deep fried breaded chicken with thinly sliced raw mango on top. I'd been hoping for something more like a mango chicken curry, but this was tasty enough and is very accessible. The mango salad was a bit one dimensional, but fine; I'd definitely choose the coconut one over it, though. The fish was disappointing, we both independently thought it didn't really have any flavour itself. The shrimp and squid in the salad were both excellent, so we ordered the garlic fried squid on our second visit. The squid itself was excellent again, but seemed steamed more than fried, no wok hai. The drinks were all so so. The dragon fruit one looked great but had little flavour, seemingly having used plenty of water and not so much fruit. The barley and lime was quite sweet despite us asking for no sugar, they perhaps use a sweetened canned barley or such. Overall I'd happily go back a third time to try more dishes, even if they can be hit and miss. No itemised bills to include, unfortunately, but off the top of my head the fish was 40, chicken and squid 20, salad and noodles 10 each.

Ordered tom yum, glass noodles salad, chicken phat pet and 4 sambal vege. Drinks - syrup and barley. Altogether RM86. All small sizes and sufficient for 2 pax. I think can fit 3 pax too. Taste is acceptable. Tom yum (red) not that spicy. The chicken should be boneless. A bit troublesome to eat with bones. It was a right decision to order glass noodle salad. It balance the "sambal" and spicy flavor of the rest. Do pay a visit if you are around.

First of all, datang kedai ni sebab ada one of the article recommended this restaurant. But there was no guest when we arrived. The food is all good and nice. We finished almost everything on the photo (5 orang makan). The steamed fish is really nice. Yang lain lain pun sedap jugak. However, the tea tasted really weird. Not sure what kind of tea is that but it has awful smell and aftertaste.
