The Brick Lane cafe — Restaurant in Kelantan

First thing first, I was so excited to have a breakfast here ,but I was forgotten to check the HALAL status of this restaurant as I couldnt see any HALAL logo in front of their cafe.So,Im still not sure of their status. I`f you want to go there,make sure its HALAL for muslims.

And secondly, I feel so frustrated when the steak that I ordered felt like a raw steak! It was so hard to munch although it cost me about RM30 but the steak was not value for my money.The saddest part was that we have ordered 2 steaks, and both of the steaks does not give you the pleasure to come to this cafe again!

I told the waiter about the steaks ,the waiter only nodded and never come back to please our problem with the steaks!

What a poor service!

Lastly,we told the cashier and the cashier only say "maaf" without refund atleast half of our money and said that steak is always prepared like that without mentioning its well-prepared or half cooked or whatever,do you think your customer knows how the cook cooks very much?LOL!U should really put a tag to your steaks to that we will be well informed.

But I bet that steaks at KBMALL food court tasted much more better and value for the price! Ugh!

We had a few hours to kill before going home to the kids, decided to pay this place a visit as we heard they have good coffee.

I like it that they serve the menu and order chit at the table so we can take a little time to consider everything on the menu, especially because it was our first time here.

Ordered hot latte, iced hojicha latte and 3 amigos pizza. The latte was OK, a little too dark for me and tasted a little like the generic starbucks latte. Hojicha latte was delicious, i cannot believe i hadn't considered it before, always preferring matcha latte. The pizza was so OK too.

Service was friendly and attentive. No nonsense decoration. Possibly a good place to work if you can tolerate the sound of the counter and...

Comparing with the main restaurants in Kota baru this cafe is amazing! Not bad coffee what also very rarely in this city. Good menu, i found many dishes for myself. Only one problem is not professional staff. They came many times to me during my visit, when my plate was already empty and even didnt take it. And it happened during all my visits. Guys, you should take empty plate straight after a customer finished it.
