Had an iced coffee here while waiting for my mom shopping at pasar siti khadijah. So cheap only rm2. Was too full to try anything else but will try their teh halia telur puyuh and telur ping pong next time. I was seated at the “bar” section where I can see the pak cik preparing the drinks. Whilst the setting brought me back to old school kopitiam era, the “wet mop” smell of the floor kinda kill the vibe.

Update: Returned back this morning and had the air halia telur puyuh. My dad said the one at Kampung Sireh was way better. Our telur ping pong came out as telur taliban. And we only received one set instead of the two we ordered. My mom’s laksam came out without any of the side ulams. Given that we came at their peak hour i guess it’s ok they’re obviously understaffed by yet still...

came here for self-service breakfast. from roti canai to nasi. oh, there's plenty of varieties of nasi they can offer plus 1/2 boiled eggs they call telor pingpong and should go nicely with nasi tumpang.

if you're lucky you can get the makeshift outdoor seating, or u can just seat next to a stranger and stop thinking of your personal space and just be friendly like everyone else 😁

my qualm is that i found the not-so-clean utensils - which is kinda gross 🤨 so i'd recommend to go with your bare hands if you're eating rice or roti canai.
