The not-so-good sides:
The atmosphere is not so great as what other people mentioned//reviewed. I got a seat near to the kitchen and it is smelly (bau belacan). It was a quite small cafe hence why it gets full as soon as it opens. And there's no hand soap at the handwash area.
The drink is awfully poor as: The chocolate tastes blunt The buttercream doesn't taste the butter and only taste the whipped cream The Peachy Peachy tastes so confusing and the red things stains our clothes.
The service was slow like very slow. They seem to have 3 waiters (dressed casually but noticed them since they go in and out the kitchen) but only 1 do all the task including replying the WhatsApp messages.
As for the foods: The Panna Cotta tastes more like a dadih :'( it's cute. But not Panna Cotta like the Panna Cotta. The spaghetti Bolognese wasn't served like in the picture hence the picture that we took seems like something topped with grated coconut. *We placed our order through WhatsApp and one if it is Hainan chicken chop. But when we placed the order at the counter, they said the Hainan chicken chop wasn't available. But the next customer after us, was eating Hainan chicken chop at the table on our left 😅 *The flowers on the foods is supposed to be a decoration I guess because the yellow one taste so bitter .. but other flowers taste good.
The good sides: All the foods taste incredibly delicious and served with a huge portion. The price of each food was justified, for sure. The buttermilk spaghetti wasn't spicy at all, so you can request for extra spicy if you like one. The ayam percik don tastes good and grilled to perfection, along with the crunchy vegetables. The spaghetti Bolognese also tastes good despite its look. And the kuey teow also taste cukup rasa with chewy and fluffy kuey teow with a lot of very fresh-small shrimps (they replaced with small shrimps because the big ones weren't available).
The one waitress apologizes to us before we leave so yeah this cafe has a good mannered staff but they seem to be...
Read moreI ordered 2 meals and 2 drinks for 2 people. One of the meal was butter chicken rice (japanese). The cashier said they just started cooking the rice and it took 30 minutes till the meal would be ready. I was okay with it. Then I've waited 40 minutes for the meal and somehow i just noticed it's not mentioned in the receipt. I asked the previous cashier is the rice already cooked and why it's not delivered to my table? Then i showed my receipt and she admitted forgotten to insert the meal into the bill. Luckily, the rice were already cooked and i have to wait a few minutes for them to prepare the meal.
My complaint is once I've paid another bill for that meal, there's no courtesy of the cashier to apologize me for the mistake they made. I didn't expect the meal to be free or anything, but an apologetic gesture should be fine. Maybe the manager can teach proper manners on dealing with such customers.
The foods were good, the drinks were good, the prices were reasonable with its good taste but the service should be improvised. I believe this is just an one-time mistake. I would come back to this cafe again to try their burger! Such bad services will make me come...

"This is definitely an Instagram worthy cafe" I thought to myself as I pushed the door open to enter "To Be Moon", a creative Muslim-friendly cafe serving fusion food, brunch fares and desserts.
I like the interior where some of the original facades were retained to add a touch of nostalgia to it. Old signage, old stairs, and exposed bricks were a nice aesthetic touch to the interiors. I particularly liked the "Jatuh Cinta Bukan Tangga" inscribed at the stairs.
◾Panna Cotta - wobbly dog/cat like pudding (I couldn't tell) complete with marshmallows and jams was .. you'd guess it.. too sweet! Creative touch though. ◾Iced Latte - they serve the milk and espresso shot separately for you to pour in. ◾Iced Matcha - same as iced latte. Both tasted decent. ◾Peachy Peachy a creative drink that would appease the young kids. Didn't try so no notes.
A nice place for that OOTD or socmed check-in, but fell short of quality food and drinks.
