If you're a meat lover, you'd love this place! Because you'll be able to order unlimited amount of Australian wagyu beef, regular beef, pork and chicken for a whole of 120 minutes! You order the meat via the tab placed at each table and you can only place order up to 5 trays for each meat every single time you order. We picked a plain soup and a mala soup. The soup enhanced the flavor of the meat well and so did the sauces (where you can create your own mixture or follow their go-to recipes). However, their sides were pretty sad. The fried station only had three items which were chicken kaarage, takoyaki and fries. They were not bad in terms of taste but they were cold and not refilled as often. Their cold station (other items fr the hotpot) had a few types of vegetables, one type of dumpling, two types of tofu, two types of fishball and that's pretty much about it. The carbs station had chirashi sushi which was just okay for me, rice, Japanese curry, waffle makers to make your own waffles and ice cream. Yes! You can make your own waffles and that really excited me, but I was dissapointed because the waffles came out a little too chewy despite following the instructions displayed. They have three types of ice cream; chocolate, vanilla, choco-vanilla combo which were pretty good but they didn't have many of the topping items so that kinda dissapointed me again. All in all, it's a good place to go to if you're a meat lover and if you wanna savour as much wagyu as you want (let's be real, unlimited expensive stuff? Hell yeah!) but not for me. I like alot of variety in my food so as much I cherish the main dish I cherish the sides equally, but the sides here were dissapointing and the price is too high (promo price RM75.80 w/o GST and service charge) for me to just savour the meat and not have equally...

I wish to have a memorable experience in your restaurant before my partner leaving. I am deeply sorry for my partner who experiences such pathetic service and food before he leaves Malaysia. I have tried other shabu shabu in my life and this is certainly not the standard of service that comes from a Japanese restaurant. Please train your staff as a matter of courtesy, kindly inform the customer if the duration of time is lesser, not just hard sell in front of the door. Do review your service and food quality from time to time. Anyhow, no more second...
Read moreOne of the best affordable buffets I've been to, paid RM70+ for all-you-can-eat Australian Wagyu. For the Wagyu.. the cuts could have been better (too much thick fats), hence the four stars, but it is decent for its price. Besides that, the types gohan they serve is very special and unique, alongside with the beef curry, it is better than most japanese restaurants that serve beef curry. There is a wide range of food besides the actual shabu-shabu itself: fried karaage, DIY waffles, DIY shaved ice, chazuke, fresh selection of noodles, slushies, soft serve and more. Food aside, the service is perfect.. they do not make you feel uncomfortable by constantly standing and overhelping you, but they are attentive to your finished dishes and if your soup needs a re-fill. It is really worth the price and it is perfect for a family visit as all age groups can enjoy such a diverse selection of foods. It apparently is the first SHABUYO franchise in the whole South East Asia.. so standards are as high as it gets, would be nice if the other local all-you-can eat places follows the standards...
