I went for a simple order today. A cold Sweet potato drink. I always loved the porridge, coffee, atmosphere and pricing of this chain.

stopped visiting the branch inside university malaya due to EXTREMELY RUDE staff who SHOUTED at me when i reminded her to wear her mask during peak covid time.

To my delight, they have opened a branch in the hospital thats super accessible to me, with nice, professional and calm staff.

More to desert cafe compare to coffee cafe. Selling sugary drink & pastries. The TV screen keep showing food menus like nasi buttermilk, pasta & what so ever but when asking the staff said not available. Suitable to hang out to kill a time, nice atmosphere. But if you're seriously looking for coffee, Zus at the other side of this building is far better than this cafe.

Btw my wife ordered chocolate frappe, unfortunately they don't provide the straw. Maybe they more care about turtles life than having a frappe...

They served us food with MOLD, and when we asked for a refund, they outright refused. Instead, we were forced to choose a different item, but with a lower price than what we originally paid—completely unacceptable. On top of that, the cookie we got was awful and nowhere near as good as Subway next door. To make matters worse, the waiter was rude and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back and highly recommend...
