Cafe 123 Gasing — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Worse service I've had , even macdonald's service are better . Service crew are unwelcoming and rude. Food was meh but price is high .

I'm 22 , dined in myself and ordered carbonara and a sparkling drink. Drink was decent but the carbonara was watery as like the sauce was made of 90% water. ( I wasn't mad about this yet)

I was there to fetch my sister from school which was just behind the cafe . My sister came in and I went beside her to pay for what she ordered . The cashier then asked " are your parents with you , or are they around?" I replied no , then the cashier replied ,my sister can't dine in since they are no parents around . I then replied I'm her brother and I'm not a kid. The cashier doesn't know how to reply then asked a waiter behind . He/she (I cant tell his gender as he has a male appearance with a female voice) came up to us and I can tell he is annoyed then he said " no parents , u cannot dine here" in a very rude way. I tried explaining that I'm my sister guidance , as I'm not a kid. (Still that is a weird policy) He then shouted , "you understand what I said!" I was shocked , I payed rm46 for the meal and this was their attitude towards my sister? I then took my sister and left the cafe , was about to start a scene but then thinking it was not worth it.

If the owner sees this , I'm just going to be straight forward . Even mamak waiters have a way better attitude. Such a failure as a owner to...

Its going to be a long review. Just bare with me. I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the experience I had at Cafe 123 Gasing recently. From the moment I stepped in, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall atmosphere of the place - the ambiance was delightful and added a pleasant touch to my dining experience.

I must commend the delicious food that was served, which was not only delectable but also exceeded my expectations. The prompt and efficient service provided by your staff members truly stood out, and I appreciate the effort they put into making my visit memorable. Furthermore, having a paid car park available made my visit hassle-free, which was highly convenient.

Above all, I would like to extend my gratitude to the owner (Puan Effa and husband -Sebastian) for being exceptionally hospitable and friendly. Their presence added a personal touch to my dining experience and made me feel welcomed. It is evident that they are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, which reflects positively on your establishment as a whole.

I had high hopes for 123 Gasing, but unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined my visit. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. No greeting, no smiles—just blank stares as if my presence was an inconvenience. FYI, i always went to this cafe when i end school when i was in my high school few years ago.

It took forever for someone to take my order, and when they finally did, they seemed annoyed, as if I was interrupting their time. The worst part? Due to lunch hour, the cafe were full and me and my brothers was waiting at a table at the corner for table that can fit 3 of us to be seated and this moment a waitress came here to say: if you are not ordering pls stand aside because this table is occupied. I was like okay sure let me order first. At this moment all the staffs are like not welcoming us and kept asking am i a student? where is my parents? EXCUSE ME?! you guys have bias on student it is? is there any problem that student enter a cafe having their lunch? OMG what a fantastic service by the waitress.

Definitely not coming back forever. Hope you guys doesn't got boycott from CHS student...
