A Pleasant and Delicious Vietnamese Dinner at Pho Vietz.
My dinner at Pho Vietz in Pearl Point was a consistently pleasant and delicious experience! This has always been my favorite spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
The first thing you notice is the welcoming atmosphere—the crew is extremely polite and welcoming, and the service is fast and clean. The interior is very cheerful and happy, thanks to the lovely blue and yellow color scheme, with spacious and comfortable seating arrangements.
The food is fantastic. My favorite is the chicken chop dry noodles—the chicken chop itself is huge and the noodles are perfectly seasoned. I also love their pork soup; it is wonderfully savory and not too salty. The portions here are truly huge and generous, especially with the amount of meat they give you.
It’s a top-notch spot for a satisfying and cheerful...
Read moreCame here 3 times. First and 2nd try was a hit or miss with the beef pho (soup) and bahn mi. 3rd visit however did not disappoint. Ordered the beef pho (dry) as well and it came with alot more beef and noodles than I remember several months back. Seems they might have increased their portion as it used to come VERY small, about 6-7 spoonful of noodles I'd say. The beef stew was good as well, enough meat and gravy for a saucy pairing with rice.
Both means were very beefy in taste and filling enough. usually quite packed around 6-8pm yet food service was about 10-15 minutes. Not much comments about the athmostphere as it's very dependant on the surroundings as it's open concept, tho I know it's never too noisy that you're unable to have conversations. Satisfied and...

We thought they had to slaughter the chicken from scratch that’s why we didn’t have much complaints at first. But dishes for tables after us kept flying past us as if we didn’t exist. Turned out the kitchen made a mistake.
Just a simple “I am sorry” and there wasn’t even a sense of urgency after we asked about our order. Also they forgot about our side dishes and we decided to cancel it in the end.
The place we were seated at was also stuffy and hot to say the least. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any Pho Vietz. Will probably not come to this one after...
