Outside it's look like any typical budget hotel located at a hustle and bustle shop lots area. Getting here via booking.com last minute deals reservation. Based on reviews I thought it was not too convincing at a 3.9 ratings. During arrival, at reception counter I was served by a Malay Girl (Nana based on the name printed out on the deposit receipt). Friendly staff and handling my check in process smoothly. Based on my previous experience most of budget hotels required upront or deposit cash money instead of room rates ranging RM50 to RM100 depending their policy as their security guarantee. Which mean we need to prepare extra 💰 money but refundable during check out. I did misplaced the deposit money inside my car which I parked outside the hotel quite far away as I look it was a security gate to access in front of the hotel Ground Lift Entrance. I parked my car at the outdoor parking area unsecured and at the road junction. The Malay Girl did a wise decision letting me check in at least pay the room charge first. Excellent. She did provided a brief briefing before gave me a discount voucher of a Korean Restaurant which located at the ground floor. Cool huh!¡!?? I was grateful as the hotel did provide a secured basement carpark. Access by a secured door to the carpark. By the design-wise, it look like they really consider guests hospitality. All hotels reservation parking lots located just at the lift entrance. OKU or special handicapped parking lots also available.Moving next chapter, from the basement lift you can directly go to the room floor. But remember you were unable to access from every floor to rooms since it was secured by an access card at the main floor entrance. At the same time surveillance CCTV all around corners. As guests you feel much more safe. Room 501 located just after the access door. Iron board available and a water dispenser just outside my room. So lucky. I amazed how they able to arrange some decorations. Looking very good ambience at every floor area after the access door. Not looking a budget hotel. Very clean and well organized. As step inside the room 501 side ammenties provided (kettle, fridge, hair dryer, safe box) .THE HOTEL ALSO SO GENEROUS PROVIDING 3 RESERVED SOCKET OUTLETS FOR GUEST INSIDE ROOM 501. WOW!¡¡! THANK YOU SO MUCH. A BUDGET HOTELS I STAYED PREVIOUSLY AROUND PETALING JAYA (I could name 5 of them if I want to but rather not to mention them) ARE VERY STINGY. ALL OF THEM ONLY PROVIDED 1 RESERVED SOCKET OUTLET. FROM THAT LIMITED 1 OUTLET YOU WILL USE FOR PHONE CHARGING, LAPTOP CHARGING, KETTLE ETC.OH CRAPPED¡!¡ ||I did not bother too much without window, the room just spacious and I felt very comfortable. The room design very good on how they manage to fit in the furnitures. By the way, the bathroom located few away but far away from your sightseeing. Brilliant. Previous experience for a budget hotel you cannot demand too much. All of them very limited space. In front of you to watch TV on your left is your bathroom and no space at all to walk around. For my 501 room, all complimentary essentials were provided such as mineral water, instant premix coffee toothpaste and toothbrush. Bed size more than OK for me and my wife. Comfort pillow and bed. Lighting controller or switch points were just EXCELLENT! They did provided isolated lightings for Main, Bathroom, Low Bed Light Right Side & Low Bed Light Left Side. No other Budget Hotels willing to provide.FOR MUSLIM GUEST, QIBLAT DIRECTION SIGNAGE ALSO AVAILABLE.||Breakfast Buffet as compared to the price was undoubtedly unbeatable. Fried Maggi , Sausages, Fries, Mushroom Soup, Bread, Cereals, Assorted Fruit Cuts, Juices, Coffee, Tea & Complimentary 24 hours Dispenser Drinks were more than adequate.Based on my stays at the fifth floor, it did soundproof no noisy from next room guest and food steps guests walking along the corridor(typical budget hotel scenarios). Extremely strong wifi coverage, high speed internet and securedly account access.Strong water pressure.Well controllable Cold & Hot Water.Room also well...
Read moreHighly recommended for those on low budget. Family of 4 adults in a room plus light buffet breakfast at RM150 plus tax & service charge, definitely a bargain to look for.
When you arrive, parking space outside the premise is plenty in the morning but limited at night as the mamak restaurant starts to place their tables & chairs. Basement parkings sharing with other occupants staying in the building so only left with 6 to 8 spaces. Recommended to park outside earlier.
Hungry & need to buy something? Just go nearby 7-11 convenience store, mamak restaurant, chinese restaurant & a fine dining restaurant situated at the same row of building.
Just take a lift to go up 1st floor to meet the counter service. Front line staff very friendly & helpful. They were a bit busy for the breakfast food preparation when I arrived but they still assist with my query on my check-in schedule at 2pm.👍
The corridor is not wide for 2 adults so move carefully. Ironing board & water dispenser are available at each entrance level. Though some commented on the thin wall, there is a reminder at the corridor to be quiet at all times as to not to disturb others.
The mattress are quite comfortable, no dust at all. The bathroom have all the you daily needs at home. Free toothbrushes, 2-in-1 soap (hair & body), shower cap & comb. Didn't expect these items available for budget hotel.👍
Unfortunately, the bathroom is built a step higher so those elderly need to be careful. Water pressure is good, I like it very much but need to fix the the lever as water keeps in leaking even when it is switched off. Wasting lots of water & disturbing while trying to sleep. 👎
Main complaint, the toilet flush. Totally cannot be used after the first use. Cannot flush at all & tried to use the hose to refill the tank but still can't be used. Need to fix the flush tank else it is not hygienic. 👎
The hairdryer 👎 is damaged so need to replace it. TV channels are not as good as advertised. Not many choices to watch. Still, it did offer a few good movies. A small refrigerator for those wanting to put drinks in it. The aircond is cooling.
Next, the buffet breakfast meal is basic so nothing to complain or comment on. The best thing will be the free flow of coffee, tea & soya milk drinks available the whole day. 👍
There are 4 washing machines available for those staying longer period & wants to wash clothes. They have a small meeting cum conference room near the lobby.
The leather couch is comfortable so it is a nice place to chat around while resting.👍
My conclusion, definite place for me to stay when I drop by KL. Some shortfalls here & there but with some perks to cover them, you don't really mind paying for a stay here. Recommended to book online.
P.S. Choose a room with windows as it is very dark during the night. You might want to switch on the bathroom lights but it will be glaring & irritating while...

💠 What I like about this hotel are: 。This hotel is decent enough for its price. The room and corridor are a bit smaller than what I thought, but everything was fine.
。 The parking is quite limited; the idiom "early bird gets the worm" suits best for indoor parking, and as for outdoor parking, it may be difficult too since there are several mamak restaurants there. Drivers may park by the roadside at the opposite street though.
。 Free breakfast is provided for a limited time, and 2 bottles of water are given every day (placed on the desk in the room). 2 toothbrushes, 1 shower cap and a spare tissue roll are provided as well. There are 4 hangers in the room, one 4-clothes hook, and three individual hooks. There is only one wall-mounted shampoo dispenser provided, suitable for both body and hair.
。7e is right beside the hotel if you need anything else, and a few shops away are Speedmart99 and KK Mart.
。I left something in the room before checking out, and the staff allowed me to enter (accompanied by a staff) the room to retrieve my item again (I returned to the hotel half an hour later). Very helpful 👍
💠 What I dislike about this hotel: 。 There is only one power socket, and it's in front of the bed. It may be a trouble for some people since USB these days are short.
。 There is only one mirror, and it's in the toilet.
。 Yellow lighting at mirror area. It is a problem for those who put on makeup.

💠 Others 。The mamak at the other end of the lot is great, but don't go if you don't like smokey place because the mamak offers shisha...
