The place is in town, very eazy access to shop and get food. The staff need more training they are kinda not cooperative with the client especially the lady staff. First day check in the room is damp and smelly I have to spray some fragrance to help me sleep. The next day, coming back from whole day seminar 6.30 am to 7.30 pm, I found out the blanket is wet. Make a complaint to change my room they don't believe me and ask the water came from where? I think I should ask the the question not the other way around. Obviously the room smell damp so it is not new problem. I did ask the staff, nobody has complain about the room before? The staff said no. After 3 time came to check the situation then only they change me to another room which is different price from my booking, the exchange room has no windows. However I just accepted becoz they said no other rooms available. They even proposed to change the blanket & bedsheets only if I want to stay at the same room. I refused because I said no way if the water drop again in the middle of midnight do they expect me to run to lobby again? What a useless recommendation. So they changed me to the other room which is no window however it is much more better and have no damp smell anymore. The bathroom in both rooms is cleaned and well maintained. I would rate the hotels good value for money if the incident won't happen. However the owner should notice this and make a good maintenance. The place have a good potential to be a good spot...

Irequested to change to another room and he said there is no more standard room available and ask me to pay extra RM10 to upgrade to another room with windows.||He even asked me if I have use the room because I have been inside for 30 minutes. Hello.. mind you... so what if I have use it.. the aircond is not working well and for the past 30 mins I have wasted my time in there. He don't allow me to change the room unless I upgraded with PAYMENT !! RM 10 !!||Even a 5 stars hotel would have upgraded for me to a bigger suite for FREE OF CHARGE!||if RM10 is so important for your hotel business .. well.. then it is also important for me to input my review here.||I asked for my money back and I change to another hotel nearby. very bad hospitality. your staff need more...
Read moreThe hotel is located in an area I needed to be so for that it was great. It is a bit away (20-30 minutes by transit) from the center of the city (Central station, Petronas, etc.).
The room I was in was well used with some deficiencies such as a loose toilet seat, a sink that was not level and askew and seemed like it could fall off the wall. In the main room, there was some water damage on a part of the wall and floor. The windows did not close tightly so street noise could be heard when closed. The bed was fine and comfortable. Thr room did not have a fridge or kettle which were evident in the photos. I had to request it and it took some persuasion to get a fridge. I stayed for a week so it was necessary for me. Customer service could use some improvement here.
The location is good as it is across the street from a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops including a grocery store. This was the best feature to me.
