Read moreService here is truly the best we’ve had. Such a wonderful experience for a family with a baby! Also the best service in all the putiens we’ve visited. The team of service crew has got warm hospitality and the best thing is they are do proactive in meeting our needs. Went beyond their role, meeting way beyond our expectations.
Some of the small things they did that made a big difference : Offering to sanitize our baby chair (without us needing to ask) Recommending not to get a particular dish cos it has lots of bones and not suitable for kids Offering to give us a pair of scissors to cut food for our baby (without us needing to ask) - they also sanitized it in hot water! Specially made balloons for kids and sanitizing before passing it
Super thoughtful! Good hospitality staff are hard to get and putien, you’ve got a really good team!
Shoutout to Grace Ng & the Chinese guy in glasses who served us. It was a wonderful experience...
Read moreGood food and excellent service! Dinning in has been missing nowdays but today onwards is allowed here and I quickly jumped on the wagon. Really missed the foods served hot straight from the kitchen.....ahhh nice! Normally, I would have ordered their speciality noodles here because the 'loh mein' and the white meehoon are my favourites. Today's lunch I tried their three dishes set meal for 2 persons as it was affordable and worth trying. The sweet and sour pork with lychees are really tasty. Though the pork is deep fried, the meat is soft....like it a lot. The Chinese cabbage soup with bean curd was served with an earthen pot, like the superior soup base. Generous helpings for two persons. The fried lala was done just right and rather appetizing. 😋 We were given a free desert of white fungus with lotus seeds at the end which was a present surprise. { There are handicapped parkings near the lifts at the basement and it is wheelchair...
