First Lady Charters Cozumel — Local services in Isla Cozumel

These guys truly are the BEST! We went on disney cruise with a port day in Cozumel, and we wanted to snorkel. I looked up First Lady Charters online, and saw their glowing reviews. I emailed to inquire and the communication was prompt, clear, and super polite! They answered every question I had, and I was so happy to book a day with them. We had a group of 11 with kids, and one of the teens in our group was in a leg cast due to a recent ankle surgery. She was afraid she wouldn't get to snorkel with us, but the First lady team helped her into the water and then our guide pulled her along the reef so that she could snorkel - and we ALL had an amazing time! These guys took us out way farther than the other snorkel tours go, to a place that was absolutely perfect. we saw SOO many fish, awesome coral, sea turtles, lobsters and sting rays! We had been snorkeling in Cozumel before, but this time was better than anything we'd experienced before. Truly magical! At the end of our tour, they took us to Stingray city, and while we swam and played with the stingrays, they cooked an absolutely delicious Mexican lunch! Ceviche, fish tacos, guacamole, chips, and fresh pineapple - all of it was excellent! They offered plenty of drinks during our trip, and made sure we were comfortable. They were super nice, friendly, and just all-around great! Would highly recommend...

I just wanted to take a moment and say what a truly wonderful experience it was aboard the First Lady this last week. The captain and crew were amazing, kind and really did a spectacular job. This was truly a highlight of our trip in Cozumel, and it was due to your amazing captain and crew. They exceeded expectations even though we were having some windy conditions. They were so great with our kids and helping them to fish and reel in the catches. The food they provided on the boat was a delight and even satisfied our picky 5-year-old. I want to share my family of 18's experience from this crew! We sailed with them in January 2025 and it was nothing short of amazing. The crew, food and boat were amazing! They catered to our every need and with 18 people ranging from 3-75 I have to say wow. I highly recommend this crew to anyone looking for an experience of a lifetime.
