I really wanted to give this place a 5 excellent rating. Everything about this cafe was really outstanding. The location, the venue, the decoration, the desserts and coffee and even the atmosphere. The problem I had was ordering my coffee. The menu showed 2 sizes of cortado expresso. So I chose the larger size and I wanted just a splash of cream in it. The person at the register insisted a large cortado was just really an americano. I said well in that case just give me a regular cortado and the I could add my own cream. My point was that there were 2 sizes of cortado on the menu and I wanted the larger of the 2. After that my wife received her Cappuccino right away but the gentleman made a drink for the customer after me. When I asked for my drink he asked to see my receipt. This place is pure temptation. The pastry selection is amazing—fresh, beautifully made, and full of variety. From traditional Mexican baked goods to rich, flaky treats, everything looked and tasted incredible. I honestly couldn't stay away; I found myself popping in more than once during my trip.

They also serve ice cream and a nice range of coffee drinks, which makes it the perfect stop whether you're grabbing a quick morning bite, an afternoon pick-me-up, or a late-night sweet fix.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Recomiendo mejor ir enfrente a Bisquets Obregón, mucho mejor café y servicio. Hoy tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en esta sucursal. Estábamos buscando una rosca de pan de muerto grande para 30 personas y tenían unas en cajas que no eran transparentes, así que abrimos un poco una caja para ver bien qué tan grande era y calcular para cuantas personas podía rendir... el pan por dentro estaba perfectamente envuelto en plástico y sólo abrimos de lado la caja para ver un poco en el interior y no tocamos más que la caja por fuera, pero la señora que nos estaba atendiendo en panadería, nos dijo que no estuviera ¨manoseando¨ la caja y que ahora que la había ¨abierto¨, nos la teníamos que llevar. No sólo fue lo que nos dijo, sino el tono grosero y maleducado en el que lo hizo. Ya desde que llegamos al mostrador estaba de malas la señora. Es obvio que la gente no puede ir tocando o agarrando el pan con las manos, para eso hay pinzas, pero esto era una CAJA!!!!!! Además había más cajas de otros panes en exhibición que estaban abiertas! No pensé que fuera tanto problema asomarnos a ver por dentro una de ellas. No creo que deban hablar así a los clientes, y si creen que hay algo mal, que lo digan pero de una manera más respetuosa y no humillando o regañando a los clientes. Generalmente en esta sucursal, las señoritas que empacan el pan y la de cafetería siempre atienden con caras largas, pero esto ya nos pareció el colmo. Y además, pedimos poner una queja escrita, pero salió el gerente el cual nos dijo, también muy apático y sin el mínimo interés de solucionar las cosas, un cero a la izquierda, nos dijo que nos fuéramos porque la señorita no había hecho nada malo, y eso que el ni estaba presente cuando pasó todo.
