Sally Zona Rosa — Local services in Mexico City

Generally a good selection of products but avoid their electricals like the plague!! They are marked up more than double compared to other stores. The same revlon hair dryer brush which is 40USD on Amazon and $839 mxn in Walmart they are selling there for $1,800 which is an insane markup!! There is also no customer service when you message them on Instagram, they don’t seem to reply at all to any DMs or comments, which is unfortunate as they are ruining the international...

I arrived at opening hours listed. They couldn’t let me in cuz they were still doing inventory and told me to wait outside. 25 mins later I knocked again only to find out that they didn’t even have what I was looking for (lipstick brushes). The staff was awkward about it but still friendly. Would be good to put a sign outside and/or ensure that inventory is done before...

Nice selection. They have crème shop products. The girl was very kind and helpful despite by Spanish not being perfect. Prices are pretty much the same as in the U.S. for the hair cream and makeup products...
