If you want cheap run of the mill massage this won't be a good fit but if you are looking for a fantastic massage in an environment that supports healing and personalized attention then you came to the right place!

When we arrived we were seated at the front and invited to discuss what we want out of our massage today and if there is anything they should know- like a mini consultation. And shortly after we were guided to a cute bathroom with our personalized scrubbing salt to exfoliate from the neck down- and this was an amazing experience to cleanse our bodies and our mind. When we hopped onto the massage table all fresh and clean we were ready to receive the experience fully.

We got the botica massage which includes scalp massage, firm pressure for shoulder neck area, hot stone, relaxing leg massage and reflexology. And what an incredible treat; every aspect of the client experience shows deep intention for healing and care in this space. We were awaken from the massage from the beautiful sounds of a sound bowl. Just wow! I will be returning as often as possible for the rest of my trip and would highly recommend this gem!

By the way, location wise, when you see casa sofia you are at the right plaza - botica is on first level, top right corner (second door from the last on the right hand side) curtains are drawn when they are in session with clients.

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time and I have had plenty. I booked the Botica a day before and was lucky to get Andreina. She was absolutely amazing. She allowed me to take a nice shower with a sugar scrub she made for me and I took the opportunity to wash my hair with her wonderful shampoo and conditioner she had in the shower. She worked hard for the entire 80 minutes. It is. It easy on the hands and being the end of the day I thought for sure I would get a mediocre massage. This was NOT the case. Trigger points were right on and released much tension almost immediately. She worked out the knots in my shoulders and applied nice deep pressure while still allowing me to relax and enjoy it. The hot stones and the warm pads applied to the back and stomach while working on other parts was just another level. She had warm to waiting for me but I am not a tea person. Hospitality from the beginning with greeting me, the consultation before we started and her thoughtfulness throughout the massage was incomparable. Thank you Andreina! Best massage ever! I came here with a sore back and neck after free diving and Bella was able to bring me back to life! She massaged my entire body for 90 mins and it was well worth it!

The spa is super serene, full of plants, and very clean. It’s a small place which is better, you will have the entire space for yourself- no loud music, no interruption, just you and bella.

When you get there, you wait outside till your appt time, then she offers you home made tea. As she talks to you through the process, she makes a homemade scrub for you. Then, you take a quick shower to relax you and get you ready for the service. Everything is provided for you and very clean. Then, you jump into blissfulness.

I loved ma massage so much and her energy that I booked a facial the very next day!

As far as location goes, ppl say it’s “off downtown” but it’s literally down the street from the mall and there’s taxis constantly driving. It’s in a plaza with a restaurant nearby and def worth a visit!
