My Dad would always point out places to eat growing up as a kid that you wouldn’t expect to be good, but were the best spots to go for what they did. Being from Chicago, these were usually Vienna Beef Hot Dog stands / spots or Pizza places that have all the Chicago classics and do it right.
At HC for the second time this week enjoy a great dinner. Service is excellent - coming from a former hospitality professional in Chicago. Food speaks for itself. I recommend the Arrachera Nacional w/ potato option cooked medium.

We like to order a family meal, which includes 1kg of Arrachera, a baked potato, a whole grilled onion, a grilled jalapeno, tortillas and salsa. We order an avocado as well and then we have everything we need to make fantastic steak tacos. I'm not sure what they do to the Arrachera, but it's easily the best Arrachera we've ever had. And the great thing about the two of us ordering that family meal is we have leftovers to take back to the condo. wasn’t bad but it’s way more expensive than anything on the menu. I could have ordered 7 ribeye steaks from them with a little left over for a drink for the same price. Regardless, taste was pretty good and server was attentive and friendly. Everything you see on the table was total 2700 pesos. I really don’t recommend it!
