Hotel Holiday Taj (p) Ltd — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

DO NOT GET DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES !!!! The service guys were extremely rude and unprofessional. Piss poor and dirty bedsheets, covers and pillows, LACK OF BASIC AMENITIES...so far so...there's a high chance that you might not even be provided with the water bottles. Don't be surprised if COCROACHES join you in the shower. Even though the food was good...compared to the quality of room and price, that doesn't make up enough to what they show you in the pictures v/s what they actually offer you. If you book an air conditioned room...BE PREPARED TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE AC when you arrive at the hotel. If you book an AC room as advertised in the app, you will be offered a very dirty room WITH NO AC and they will make you cancel the booking from the app and provide you with an AC room (equally dirty though) BUT THE PRICE WILL BE HIGHER THAN ADVERTISED IN THE APP. That’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. My room was above the kitchen so it was a lot of cockroaches there even the room was clean. And in the morning the food smell was coming very badly (actually the smell of a burning oil) .

But the worst part of all this experience was that the whole floor was occupied by same group of peopl, and I think they had some celebration. So they were coming and going , very loud shouting, laughing, talking , and it was going on till 12-1am. At 11pm I’ve called to registration first time , and I’ve asked them to come and tell people not to be loud. The guy said that he will come. Then he didn’t. And I called 3 more times and he never came. After that phone was not working at all. I wanted to stay one more day at this place but I left in the morning because of that. Absolutely not caring...
