They sell better spices than at a normal supermarket they sell many of them and even though they are at a higher price they taste much more and you only need to use a little bit to make everything taste better. In the long run its better to buy this higher priced spices because they last much more. They also have really good basmati rise and moog beans which are at a very moderate price if you ask me. They have some home made humus that has a great taste and consistency. You can find mainly good Indian/Pakistani food items but also some Chinese and Japanese food too.
