Sushito Oud-West — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Went there for lunch. My husband ordered the create your own bowl and asked for the pickled ginger on the side. According to the menu, 2 finishes were included in the price yet we were charged €0.50 for it! Whilst eating, we heard other customers being offered a Spaarkaart (punch card) so we asked fir one too and were told that it was for “locals only” - We literally live 4 blocks away, so what qualifies for local?

At this point, we were so fed up, so we took our food and left. It is a pity though, because the food is fresh (hence the 2 stars) and working from home, this could have been a nice lunch place for us. But with 2 other poke bowl spots in the vicinity, we will have to try the others or go for...

Not bad at all, the salmon is fresh and you can compose your meal on a tablet instead of regular human-based ordering (basically like at Mc Donalds) which makes it really easy to order and think. They also do gyozas (deep fried), ebi fried, and all these warm finger food. I don't give it a 5 for 2 reasons: If you wanna sit inside is definitely small and relatively uncomfortable, because the Uber Eats people are walking and hanging around all the time (5 or 6 guys at the same time standing) Because of the above, the door keeps opening or staying open so the (small) place becomes cold and you're sitting...

We ordered 2 poke bowls through uber eats, and we only received one.. it can happen, so we called Sushito and the girl that picked up the phone spoke as a rude teenager and was not trying to help at all. How can you not help ur own customers? Super weird, never ordering here again because its a scam. That girl should be fired and needs to get thought some manners because this is not how you work in restaurants or talk to people.
