CASA Amsterdam — Local services in Amsterdam

Horible Service! Today 22th of April around 16.40, l go to this shop because l wanted to buy evenctualy a big chair for my balcony. The lady that was working near the entrance wanted to give me a trolley of the shop. I reply: thank you very much, l don't need it. She stop me again and insist that l need to get the trolley. I repeat that l don't need it because the think that l need to buy doesn't t feet inside the small trolley. At this point very unfrendly she tell me that l can go inside only with the trolley, otherwise l coudn't . I finded this incredible. I'm living in Amsterdam since 14 years and l'm surprises that not even the Corona teach to these people that they should be more polite and frendly when a persone enter in their shop. I will not go in this...

Worst bonus card system ever! I got a paper stamped bonus card from the shop which did not have any expiry date. Next time I go after a few months when I would have qualified for the discount I was told by the employees that they do not accept the paper bonus cards any more and that I cannot transfer it to the online one either. the employee tore the paper bonus card nicely and that was it the tale of CASA bonus...

Magnificent products for home just had some before i headed back home and so friendly staff and for the french bearded guy working here maybe next time your managers will allow you for phone numbers sharing 🤭 anyways i will visit next year...
