Property Of... — Local services in Amsterdam

Went into this store as a final pit stop before leaving Amsterdam as something had caught my eye the day before, and I wanted to check it out again before leaving the city… I’m so glad I did! The warmest of welcomes awaited my girlfriend and I, as well as a cappuccino and a cafe latte on the house. What followed this was genuinely the best customer service either of us has ever experienced. We dealt with a very kind woman from Singapore (Rachel, we think!) who was super pleasant, friendly and interesting. She had all the time in the world for us, as well as the other customers in the store at the time and made us feel very welcome. So not only did we have a fantastic experience in store, but we also bought not one but two items that my girlfriend and I cannot wait to use.

We hope next time we visit, she’ll have ticked some food items off of her bucket list and we can exchange notes on where to buy the best Scotch Egg. The experience we had in the store made our days. The world needs more people like Rachel....

Quality Products and Great Customer Service. I love Property Of, I just wish they had a store in Colorado. Actually, I wish I could live in Amsterdam where their stores are located. I was recently in Amsterdam and passed by your store at Herenstraat 2, the wonderful display of globes caught my eye. I returned a couple hours later when it opened and Rebecca was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying an "Alex" in the store.
