Read moreI remember I was so excited to visit the museum just to catch a glimpse of those celebs who made our childhood memories so special with their charming talent, but soon after my arrival I found disappointment with the wax figures, as there were no wax figures of Bollywood legend SRK, Amitabh Bachan, Salman khan, Allu arjun. Neither I found my country leader figure that is Mr. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah rather find Ghandhi, trump, Obama and queen Elizabeth figures, along with this I couldn't find much avengers figures like my favorite Wolverine (huge Jackman).
Everyone like ironman, hulk, Loki, ant-man was there but captain America was held inside as a mannequin covered with a window glass showcasing to outside public due to which sunlight reflection destroy my picture.
Overall if I say some appreciation words then it's for staff, I remember after entry in museum and full exploration I couldn't find the exit as every wall was either covered with figures or curtains or with a bar on top floor and I was so nervous and at exact two lifesavers ladies come for me in which lady 1 (miss Alisa) such a charming and pretty woman and lady 2 (don't know her name) but know her face still now, she is brown in skin but glowing in her hospitality nature, both of them help me in order to reach my exit where I found Elvis Presley figure and...
Read moreThere should be an index of what statues are in Tussauds Amsterdam to avoid disappointment. We saw Taylor Swift online but not in the museum. My daughter came especially for her so very disappointing. The focus seems to be on painters, politicians, and dutch famous people that are unknown to most other nationalities. The interactive features are nice. Posing next to Marilyn in a White dress on a vent and doing The same as Charlie Chaplin does..also The catwalk.. We were missing The big international stars other then Harry Styles. From past generations People like David Bowie would be nice. Too much attention to People Who only mean Something to dutch People, even The YouTubers. This means people who are not dutch would recognise about 40 of the 60 statues they encounter. Also should be mentioned that you have to take a lift or walk 4 staircases to get to Where the museum starts. I asked to be in a lift with less people but normally they are filled as much as can be. Thanks to the lady Who agreed not filling up to 13 people. Also special mention to the man handing out the dutch klompen at the start..what a Happy personality. In all this was not worth the Price but if money is no issue it is worth the time (30 minutes to get through) if only for the interactive features which are...
