The Juggling Fish — Local services in Aruba

The merchandise is great quality but the staff on floor were pushy and disrespectful. I wondering is because I wasn’t white. They were on top of me not allowing me to check the things I needed to, like the collar and the sizes. They even yell at me. This happened last week. I had to yell back and ask to be left alone and I could check the merchandise by myself.

Still the quality of the merchandise and designs are beautiful. I went there on a referral since my sister in law goes to the store at least 3 times a year every time she stays at the Marriot Surf.

Was unfortunate the incident because I wanted to go back for at least 2 more shirts as Xmas presents.

This happened last Friday specifically close to noon.

The cashier was a lot nicer and sweet with me.

I was visiting Aruba for the first time ever. Only unfortunate incident I had while I was there.

I was there on December 6 around noon. Check the videos of the store if you don’t believe me. I had to tell the employees to leave me alone. My husband was with me. He witnessed the situation. If you need a point of view. They were rude and unprofessional. Giving me orders of what I could look (tshirts) or not. Was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I felt targeted since I’m brown. Stopped at The Juggling Fish near closing time yesterday to see if they had halter top styled bathing suits. I was overwhelmed by the number & styles of swimsuits. I didn't know where to start! I told the sales woman what I was looking for, she showed me several options right away & I told her I'd return in the morning to try them on. I returned this morning and the same sales woman, Mary, came right over and picked out several sizes & options for me to try on... she was wonderful and obviously has the gift of a great eye for 'sizing' up her customers! I bought the first bottom and the first top that I tried on, they fit perfectly & I absolutely love them! I'm so grateful for Mary's help & I highly recommend this shop for their excellent quality merchandise and for their excellent service! I love the juggling fish and the gals in there that work there. They are always so helpful and friendly!! My girlfriend and I go to Aruba twice a year and always plan a shopping spree there. They have beautiful swimsuits that fit like no others. They have two stores connected on the beach side not far from the holiday inn. The gift store is awesome too. Very high quality tee shirts. Not tacky. Very tastefully done. Many unique gifts can be found there also and they ship to the states too!!! A very memorable store for me.
