Typically ok, but a recent experience has really changed my view of the place.
I bought a mortar and pestle here, they had a sample on display with both items, nothing indicating they were to be bought separately.
When I got home and opened the packaging only the mortar was in the box.
I called up the store to say the pestle was missing from the box. The store owner said that what’s in the box is what is sold, and asked if I wanted to return and refund the product, to which I said yes. Then she just abruptly says no refunds, and tells me not to shop there again.
The whole interaction left me dumbfounded and with a bad taste in my mouth. Really an unfortunate...
