Henri Willig Kaas Delft — Local services in Delft

I have always loved visiting Henri Willig cheese store in Delft. The selection of cheeses is extensive and the staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me towards the perfect cheese for any occasion. However, my most recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the employees, Joy. Upon entering the store, Joy greeted us with a less than enthusiastic attitude and seemed uninterested in assisting us with our cheese selection. She was slow to offer suggestions and when asked about certain types of cheeses, she provided vague and unhelpful answers. Additionally, she was heard screaming at several customers during our visit, which made for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant shopping experience. It's a shame that such a great cheese store like Henri Willig has an employee like Joy tarnishing the experience for customers. I will think twice before returning to the store again, unless they offer a "Joy-free...

We had a fantastic experience at Henri Willig Cheese Shop in Delft! The moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the amazing aroma of authentic Dutch cheese. The staff were super friendly and offered us delicious samples of different cheeses, from creamy Gouda to unique truffle and goat varieties. It’s the perfect place to taste and buy real Dutch cheese and souvenirs from Delft. The shop looks beautiful, with a great selection of local products and gifts to take home. Definitely a must-visit in Delft for cheese lovers...

I really liked that you could sample the cheeses. We took the time to select what we wanted to purchase but because it was the morning, we didn’t want to haul everything around all day. We came back at 6:23pm (closing time 6:30) and they wouldn’t let us in because they were already settling the register. It was a big disappointment. 5 stars for cheese taste, 1 star...
