Settebello Pizza Pasta bar — Restaurant in Delft

Quite an interesting place. Literally every piece of restaurant furniture has a price tag on it - and you can buy it, which creates a slightly strange impression that they are trying to make money on absolutely everything. However, when you order a dish, the chef plucks tomatoes from a hanging bunch (which you can also buy) or a basil leaf growing in a pot. It's fun and gives the impression that everything is very fresh (in general, it is). The menu is quite good - there is plenty to choose from. Some pizzas are already prepared and will simply be warmed up for you. The pastas will cook, and it won't be very fast. Nevertheless, the taste is pretty good, although I wouldn’t say it’s something completely incredible. My wife and I stopped at this restaurant hopping for "good" Italian food. What we got was "GREAT" food! We have had Italian food throughout the world and did not expect to find food this AMAZING in Delft, Netherlands of all places. The salad was fresh crisp and very flavorful. My wife had the pappardelle with ragu. I had the gnocchi. Both incredibly good! Even the fried polenta was some of the BEST I have ever had. This place is kind of a sleeper, no fancy awnings or umbrellas, sitting right next to the Old City Hall, on the town square. We ordered two portions of pasta, which should have cost at most 30 euros in total. The male waiter charged us 35 euros. I gave him 50 euros, and he gave me back 10 euros. I can't figure out if he made a math error or if he was scamming us as tourists
