Klass Electronics — Local services in Philipsburg

Hi , I'm living in saint marteen for years now since I'm living here I'm always buying from klass electronics and this two stores are the same I will not said the order store name , but when the tourist is coming to saint marteen they all is going to this two places , my problem is recently I bought and Samsung suhd js9000f by klass electronics for 3000 us dollars and trust me like all stores they are happy to get that sell , but my TV goes bad 11 months after ,the connect box gave up on me and to get it replace by klass it's and issue ,they have to make go through Samsung warranty and then u are getting your TV at purchase two month after , and trust me guys I lost 3000 us dollars I have to purchase and new TV on the French side and u could paid for extra warranty also .my believe is do not purchase big money electronics to that store because customers services suck and as soon they get the money from you ,they forgot u ,and u have to wait and wait a lot to get it replace or fix ,I'm still waiting for my TV to get fix by them,and they are Samsung retail dealers ship ,tourist better be careful . I've noticed that if you are the same race as the staff, you get bigger discounts! Oh yes, I've proven it. Most staff are Indian and when the Indian crew members go to their store, they get better deals. So i use to give my Indian friend my money to buy what i needed.
