Swarovski Boutique — Local services in Utrecht

Wanted to pick up my package on Saturday, unfortunately store was closed before the actual closing time. Went by on Sunday to go pick it up, lady at the desk was disrespectful and rude, not very helpful at all, told me that it was to late to pick up my package and it was canceled to which I said but I still have a few days to pick it up... to which she then took out my receipt and gave me my order.
